i come here for their Bistek Tagalog—it’s consistently superb. This time, I ordered the Kare-Kare and was a bit disappointed. It had more fat than meat, and the bagoong was too sweet for my taste, almost like a jam. The restaurant has a warm, comfortable ambiance that’s great for a relaxed meal, and the service was good as always. I’ll definitely be back to try different dishes

Food was alright but the Kare Kare we ordered was bland. It tasted like a beef broth with salt and a little bit of peanut butter on it. I also wonder what is their criteria for the service charge. We were automatically charged with it, while only doing a minimal service, and this is what we find a little upsetting.

I wanted to try a different place for dinner today, but the kids love to eat here, so here we are. We stopped in around 7pm on Saturday and there was only a handful of dinners, so we were able to get seated right away. The service was quick and food came out fast. They do close at 8pm, so as it got close to 8pm, we could see them starting to prepare to close, but they did not rush us. Food here is pretty consistently good. We ordered: Sizzling Bangus Belly, Mussels Sauté, Crispy Pata and Crispy Binagoongan. Everything was delicious and makes you want to eat more rice! So far we have not had a bad dish here. If you are looking for good, authentic Filipino food, check them out.

thank you for a great dinner ❤️🙏❤️ we ordered sisig, crispy pata and beef sinigang - all of which were promptly served: hot, crispy, delicious we missed home-cooked meals and Karilagan delivered them. the place is simply decorated, and it gives a homey-vibe with regard to the tip showing up in the bill: yes, we also got surprised on it. hope management would rethink about it as we would have given more (",) kudos!

Oh man, this place has the most dope Filipino food I've ever had!! the atmosphere is quite friendly and welcoming, the food is undoubtedly comfort food that is absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding!! As close to eating in Manila as u can get without getting on a plane!! I can't say there is any dish I would not recommend but I did enjoy the fried pork leg. I would generally recommend anything fried at this place. the noodle dishes are also when wonderfully light. the prices are friendly, the portions are sizeable and the bathrooms are nicely accessible. Highly recommend the fried fish, as well. parking is not so easy but get there early or prepare yourself for a bit of a walk which is not necessarily bad since the portions are so big you will likely want to walk it off. highly recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
